This service establishes the operating model under which a Business Impact Analysis will be conducted, based on best practices such as ISO 22301:2019, BCI, DRII, and NIST. The scope of the service provided by SILENT4BUSINESS will be based on the services required for operations, as well as the operational processes of the "Cliente". For this purpose, SILENT4BUSINESS proposes the following operating model, which will allow the "Cliente" to accurately identify gaps, updates, and/or improvements that operations must adhere to with respect to the Business Impact Analysis.
